With strenuous efforts over many years, the tire industry in China develops rapidly. China has become a major player in the international tire industry and is playing a great role in the global tire industry. Both the output and the exported quantity of tires already hold the leading position in the world. But in recent years as the raw material price increases, national macro-policy constraints as well as foreign trade friction and increased technical barriers, especially impact of the “Special Protectionist Tariffs” in 2009, tire industry is facing a tougher situation. And it is foreseeable that more and more barriers to trade will affect the tire industry.

“2nd Annual Tire Technologies Congress” will focus on the cutting-edge tire technologies and trends; interpret industry legislations and regulations globally. Considering the “World Expo 2010 Shanghai” will be held in 2010, we’d like to organize a visit to the Expo site on the 3rd day of the event.
